amoReloj was initially designed as a prototype for the open competition Voila5, organised by Servei Estació, Barcelona, Spain. We thought what if there was a clock that will remind that one must love every moment of his life? As a result amoReloj was created. Instead of measuring time for the sake of time, amoReloj measures time in terms of how one uses it for their love activities. The clock is symbolically showing that the time passes, but that love can be permanent over time. With the movable magnets, every person has the possibility to “organize” their own amoReloj or “plan” their amorous activities. The clock is build from red magnetic plastic sheet over white recycled metal sheet.​
